The Yeti - Bagging The Yeti On Your First Try - I was either on advanced or extreme, not sure which. I think it was extreme though. There was a big build up about the Yeti. Like it as going to be an, forgive me, "extreme" challenge. One reason I suppose - the Yeti will one-shot-kill you. I think though if you know and use the tactics needed. Outfit with gear that will reach out and touch him. And you have characterized your sniper rifle and scope combo so you know where the scope's hash marks will hit at what range, then you should be fine. The hardest part is finding the guy. He isn't a yeti, but the Santa Blanca top sniper. I looked and looked and admit I had to watch some videos to find out where he was eventually. The reason I couldn't locate him was that I was searching for a sniper from a helicopter. Well, the Yeti doesn't spawn until you find a very particular boulder and interact with it. Kinda spoils the whole search for the Yeti thing doesn...

Sniping Helo's Just Shy Of A Klick! (Video) -HTI Anti-Material Rifle & G28 Scope- Sniping helo's, chopper to chopper dog fights, exploding cars - just a normal day in the Wildlands. The video, "Hard On Helo's - Wildlands" will take you through a typical 24 hour day for the Wildlands. I was doing free play that 'game day'. Basically looking for trouble and finding plenty. A couple of good chopper dogfights with both guns and rockets. Then I take up station in Koani on top of the large natural stone bridge. It turns out to be a great place to snipe for for both autos and helo's. Two helicopters are sniped at extreme range, some at medium range. The two extreme range helo's were at 990 and 950 meters as best as I can tell. Much of the shooting is more by feel than science. The scope was only ranged, at the time, to 800m. Then after shooting the video I went back and doped it out to a kilometer. Needed help with that as I couldn't see ...

Precision, as relates to firearms, means: the bullet will strike a certain point consistently at a fixed range and fixed elevation. A more intuitive definition might be the shot grouping is as small as possible and located in the same place. The smaller the shot grouping the better the precision. Accuracy, as relates to firearm is how well the firearm hits the aim point. In other words, the gun hits where it is aimed. So, for good shooting we need both accuracy and precision. Bullet drop is probably one of the most controversy generating topics in military games among gamers. This rifle is flatter shooting than another rifle and so on. The arguments go on endlessly. In the end it is fairly unimportant. What is important are a few things. One, that the bullet strike point, at any given range, is consistent. In other words the bullet drop for a particular firearm and cartridge comb...
